The hotel had easy access to the beach. This was very convenient. Local restaurants were close. I appreciated the freshly cooked breakfast. It had many choices. Every morning, I received two bottles of water and two sachets of coffee.

The communication was lacking. My emails prior to arrival were never answered. Check-in involved being told I would move rooms. This move was halfway through my stay and quite inconvenient. The room I moved into lacked a working hot shower, and the WiFi was spotty.

The food and drinks at the bar were affordable. Happy hour provided even better value. Our room featured its own patio area, great. It made everything simple. The location is great and very near to everything.

The supply of sun loungers was somewhat limited near the pool.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with requests, and they ensured a comfortable stay, I noted their attention to detail. Staff members are always ready to greet you with a smile.

The on-site restaurant provides a variety of meal options and snacks. The menu includes both Thai and international dishes. I observed that the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, so you will never get bored of the breakfast.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, a great feature. A 7-Eleven store is within a short walking distance, very useful. Taxis are readily available nearby if I needed to travel further.

The hotel features a pool with a view overlooking the ocean. I also observed that guests can borrow towels for use at the pool and beach. There is a bar located near the pool, with varied offer of beverages.

I booked a Superior Double Room for my stay. The room had its own patio area. This was very useful. The staff helped arrange a day trip for me.

The power went out a few times when the weather was good.

Acceptable stay, but improvements needed

ant infestation cold water

The room cleaning was subpar. I found ants both on the floor and high up on the bathroom wall. There were even nests. The shower water was not adjustable, and it was cold. Staff showed little empathy and weren't very helpful.. especially the woman at reception.
